标题: 求大神解答一道语法题

这道题答案是B 我做对了，但是不是很明白为什么DE错了，解释也没怎么看懂。麻烦大神们给我解答一下！
D有的解释说是are错，可是主语不是 exploits嘛？
E 我觉得怪怪的但不知道具体怎么错，应该是改变了语义，但是我还是没怎么分辨得出来
做题时觉得所有格是个相对错误且确定B是更好的答案所以才选了B。

E 应该算一个重复 The pioneer journalist's exploits of Nellie Bly
the pioneer journalist 就是Nellie

D选项主语缺失, 如果非要用D, 应该改为D. What included in the pioneer journalist Nellie Bly's exploits are

E选项有歧义，不确定the pioneer journalist和Nelli是同一个人还是两个不同的人

哈哈居然一路摸过来了...有点久远了相信你一定已经弄懂了，不过还是想挖个坟可不要打我。我自己的理解是：

D Included in the pioneer journalist Nellie Bly's exploits are
这里是想用倒装句型，included in a is b,相当于b is included in a。但是看划线句后面是circling，这不是一个能发出included这个动作的实意名词sth，因此错。

E The pioneer journalist's exploits of Nellie Bly included
这里是语义错误，选项翻译过来是，前沿记者关于NB的功绩包括...，然而记者明明就是NB，E这样表达就成了好像这是两个人了，语义也不是很通～

有点小小的不同意
b is included是说b被包含，不是b发出被包含这个动作
