标题: 【求定位】申请美国MBA,国内本+UK工作经验
楼主决心加入北美MBA申请的队伍了，立此贴希望得到过来人和大神的建议，提前谢过。

交代背景：
1.本科前2年在国内211财经大学精算专业，GPA3.9/4.0，后2年在综合UK15名左右的大学(但专业排名很高) First Class
2.研究生在London的某G5大学念了金工硕士，Distinction
3.毕业后在一家London的asset management 做 investment analyst 主要看US High Yield 的credit Risk。楼主所在的公司专业领域比较niche, 所以公司名气不大且公司规模也比较小但在业内是market leader。到2019入学时则有三年工作经验。4.CFA 3级已过还未持证
5.GMAT 目标750+ 预计7月初之前考出
6.楼主自己很想去M7，毕业后想去大一点的buy side fund/PE.

问题：
1不是知名大金融机构的工作经历以及本科非北清复交的背景让楼主自己很难准确定位,请各位指点去M7有多大希望。
2楼主想2019入学，你们觉得是否要再多一年工作经验到2020年申请？

楼主背景挺好的，GMAT考到750申请M7还是很有希望的。M7之外，LBS，Yale和NYU在PE方面也有不错的资源。

First Honor +Distinction这种条件一般会考虑mba吗？

Thanks! Given your GMAT is still not determined, it is tricky to provide too much specific guidance. Because you are coming from a competitive demographic, I would apply to a mix of top schools, lesser ranked schools, etc., even if you have a high GMAT. It's simply so competitive. Yes, I do feel waiting another year, unless your GMAT goes very well, will be helpful given you only have the 3 years of experience. Good luck!

Thanks! I have decided to wait another year. In the meantime, I will get GMAT as high as possible.
