标题: 终于对manager 说要读MBA, 求助?

可是老板很死脑筋, (以前德国留学的,做事一板一眼), 怎么写出动人的推荐信呢?

本来和另外一个做MANAGER 的哥门儿说好,可实在是不怕一万,就怕万一. 不想一年的努力付之东流.

Thanks a lot! But many schools stress the importance of a recommendation from direct supervisor. And if not, they ask you to explain. This requirement explains itself that words from direct manager weigh more.

I have to be cautious and honest in case school does call my HR.
