一般主谓之间加逗号如下列形式：主语+逗号+修饰主语的部分+逗号+谓语
那末这道题C选项主语是ocean water后面的evaportates, rises, condenses是平行的谓语,也就是说主语和谓语之间没有插入修饰主语的部分,那为什么也在主语和谓语之间加了个逗号呢?
