Thank you for your question! It's tough to say which is easier to find a job, based on the degree. Rather, you want to choose the program that best aligns with your goals. If you are certain you want to remain in finance, then a Master of Finance works well; however, if you would like to explore other sectors (but still have a functional finance role), then an MBA is likely a better choice.
