    感觉应该选Ａ，due to 一般不放在句首；而且capability 一般指抽象的能力，比如说这个人的能力很强．而ability 一般指具体的能力，比如他能横渡长江．因此　个人感觉Ｄ不是正确选项　　供参考

    i like A more but don't you guys think  'A' is missing 'can' in front of 'produce'?

    I think A is the answer.


    Reason:


    1. can is better than capability;(refer to LZM)


    2. yearly means : happening or appearing every year or once a year;


    I think you are not wrong to add "can" in front of "produce". However, just like the senetence we always use in daily life - I can sing and dance, we seldom say " I can sing and can dance...".
