1. If your speaking is not good, practice it very hard every day.
2. Letters of recommendation are the most important thing in your application.
3. follow your heart, say whatever you want to say, do whatever you want to do. do not make fake stories. do not take advice or references from other people.( including mine)
4. the more your CV looks like a professor's, the more chance you will get an interview.
