在申请Insead中感觉越来越迷茫，究竟什么样的背景才能被录取。

Hey there,
Well in many ways, like all schools INSEAD looks for the same things - meaning good work experience, good grades, good GMAT, clear goals.

Where INSEAD is different is that they are VERY international, and they really like when you have international and cultural experience that is global. So you do want to aim for that.

From experience I can say that INSEAD also very much likes profiles which are exciting and interesting and dynamic. Even beyond work and business. They like people who do sports, and like culture, and have lots of activities in their background. they like their candidates to be complete.

One other unique thing about INSEAD is that they have a strong representation in Industry. Of course they are most famous as a consulting school. But they are really strong in industry too (construction, automotive, chemicals, etc.)

These are the main things!

Hi Jon,

Thanks for your reply.

My biggest concern is my low GMAT score, which is 700. I saw most admitted candidates have GMAT over 720. In addition, I am not sure whether my other factors are strong enough. I only will have 4 years WE by this August.
