Job Responsibilities:

Full-time Research Assistant position in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). The main responsibility is to work with Professor Richard Carney on his research and teaching programs. Job tasks include but are not limited to the following:

1. Assist in research, including literature review, data management (e.g., collecting and analyzing), coordination of research projects, etc.
2. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, MBA, FMBA, EMBA class coordination and other logistic coordination.

Job Requirements:

1. Recent Ph.D. or doctoral student with research experience in strategy, international business, finance, statistics,or political economy. Or master graduate planning to pursue a PhD in strategy/international business/finance/political economy.
2. Strong proficiency with quantitative research methods, including large dataset collection and manipulation (e.g., merging multiple large datasets), and data analysis such as multivariate regression,time-series and panel data analysis with experience in using STATA, MATLab,and/or R.
3. Excellent English and Chinese reading,speaking, and writing ability.
4. Able to commit for at least 1 year.
