Correct: “The only way to know is to take the plunge.” Incorrect: “The only way to know is taking the plunge.”
OG上把这条归类在Parallelism。请问这里谁和谁parallel了？为什么？

将句子补全：The only way to know is (the way) to take the plunge. 这样就清晰多了

to take the plunge为什么不能是不定式做表语呢？从语义上来说，了解（一件事情）的唯一途径是去尝试一下，加的这个the way有点突兀啊。
