like这部分插入语去掉看主干（不过这里like表举例我也是不太理解，因为没划线，暂时先不讨论这个）
去掉插入语后的
C ： Especially in the early years, new entrepreneurs may need to find resourceful ways thus making their companies seem larger and more firmly established than they may actually be.
明白了么，这里不能没有逗号的。
D： Especially in the early years, new entrepreneurs may need to find resourceful ways so that the companies seem larger and more firmly established than they may actually be.
这里的语义你理解一下，企业家需要找到resourceful ways 所以公司看起来更大... 明显很别扭

正确答案语义就非常好，而且用法也准确

谢谢大神！一开始我看C项的时候是把逗号也看进去的。。看来现在逗号跟插入语一起去掉了。那大神的意思是，如果thus前面有逗号就对了是咩？

你提的问题很好，很多我之前也没注意到

Q1：如果thus前面有逗号就对了是咩？（假设去掉插入语后C可以有逗号，如下，还是错，但是相比没逗号，错得没那么明显）
B) new entrepreneurs may need to find resourceful ways to make their companies seem larger than they may actually be.
C) new entrepreneurs may need to find resourceful ways, thus making their companies seem larger than they may actually be.

（B）不定式表目的
（C） comma + verbing 表结果

B 很好地表达了“需要找到这种资源来达到怎样的目的”
C 则变成“需要找到这种资源，（结果）使得公司看起来比实际大
这里是不符合逻辑的，有因才有果，而C的前半句只是个”条件“
如果前面是一个事实（可以当成原因），比如 ”去掉 may need to"之后，根据之前碰到过的类似的正确句子，我觉得应该可以算合理的
（当然，这里挖得比较细，但是思考到这里的话，一开始的话其实就足够秒杀C了...)

是的，词的用法不对，这个就背idiom吧，这个比较死，规则就是那样的，记住就好啦

这个用法在以前的官方题里应该说肯定是不好的

之前看国外论坛instructor说，如果OG出现这样的情况，意味着可能：

将来考场上如果划线句出现了这种结构，不要直接排，还要根据其他Split来选

嗯呐！想起来Ron在comma+ing的用法里有一条说，the ing action is a direct and immediate consequence of the main action所以C的前半句may need to find resourceful ways并不能直接导致company变得更大，而且还加了may need to就更隐晦了，可不可以这样理解？

嗯嗯我觉得可以像你这么理解

即便不考虑May need to单从find resourceful ways ，感觉是看不出能导致“公司看起来更大”的结果，感觉逻辑上有断层

其实到这一步理解这道题已经差不多了，因为已经在各种改选项了.. （Ron是不建议这么做的）

不过可以Mark一下，如果之后碰到这样的官方考点，可以拿过来对照一下
