个人感觉， each other 是两者之间的互相，another是两者以上的互相

非NN，希望大神来拍砖。[自己的理解]→由单复数看指代：each other（used as the object of a verb or preposition to show that each member of a group does sth to or for the other members)，只能指代复数，因此这里只能指dance teams，但是句子想要表达的是dance teams represent their own chief at the court of another (chief)，舞蹈对代表自己首领在另一个首领的宫殿里面提供娱乐，换取XXX、若是each other那句子的意思就是跳舞队在宫殿当中互相代表另一个队的首领（A代表B的，B代表A的）然后提供娱乐换取XXX→句子可以改为dance teams represent their own chief of each other at the court，但是这样就和换取没有什么关系了。因此感觉another更顺一些。作者: kluivert 时间: 2018-9-9 17:42
Each other 是两个之间 another 是三个以上的单数
