标题: 推荐信问题求教！！
想请教一下各位大神，我在一家上市公司做inhouse investment,想赶一下一月的DDL。其中一封推荐信比较纠结，不知道是该找公司的chairman还是部门的lead写。

公司chairman就是整个公司最大的头头了，到时候肯定是我自己去写，他帮我提交这样。找他的话肯定能显示出人脉，但要自己写时间上有点紧张。

部门的lead是外国人，估计会帮我写，时间上也给我自己留的比较充裕一点。有个本科Wharton毕业的不知道有没有帮助。

求大家给个建议！！谢谢！！！

Hey,
Basically go with the person who likes you most and who knows you best. They will probably write the best possible recommendation.

Hi Jon, for schools that ask for recommendation from direct supervisor, will a recommendation letter from a chairman violate the rule? Thank you very much.

Hey there,
That will be fine. You can have any supervisor or any supervisor’s supervisor. So I think a Chairman is a good choice!
