These verbs take ONLY the infinitive: advise, allow, forbid, persuade, want

We allow HIM TO BE here.

这是Manhattan语法上写的，但以前学的英语都是可以 allow sb. to do/ allow doing

GMAT中是不是不能用allow doing？
