求问D 选项，og 的解释说“ illogically suggest fatigue actually increase . og是把lowered当成过去式而不是完成时。那么如果想表达完成时的并列就必须

have done , have done , and have done 吗？ have就不能省略吗

完成时并列have是可以省略的，只是这道题应该是sickness, sleeping on the job, fatigue三者并列，如果是D选项reduced，lowered，raised并列，那么前边sickness和sleeping on the job之间就缺少了一个and。
