The reason is that the bottlenecks and delays cannot be eliminated unless all work is done right the first time.

OG解释，the argument is consistent with redesigning the manufacturing process and not the product.

意思是说：原文讨论的是“redesign of process”,而不是“rethinking of product”...

还是不明白，consistent意思应该是和原文表达的意思一样，就我的理解。但B说的是rethinking而不是designing.这怎能是一致呢？
