标题: 关于推荐信求助
关于推荐信有两个问题：
1、写推荐信的人是头衔越高好，还是直接领导，在对申请人了解程度相差不大的情况下？
2、创业项目是找合伙人还是客户写推荐信更合适？

个人觉得:

1. 最了解你的人写最好，在相差不大的情况下，头衔越高越好。少用形容词，多用数据来说明lz的能力、对项目作出贡献，以及leadership。

2. 不管是合伙人还是客户，首先还是看熟悉程度，其次哪边你contribute的数据更有力就请哪边来写。

Hey there,
It’s a good question you ask. In general the first rule of thumb is that you want the person who will write the best and the most exciting recommendation. So often that can be your direct boss, but maybe if someone in a higher position loves you and your work, then that can be a great choice as well.

For your second question, actually the answer is usually: neither. It’s better to have two recommenders from supervisors. Clients and partners do not usually make good recommenders.
