你好，这道题其实不考虑 suggesting 和to suggest 的区别也可以做出来的。
下面是解析：
A.suggest that1 and that2，所以and后差that，排除。
B.Descended from错，遗传的意思，应该是be descended from，排除。
C.Descended from错，遗传的意思，应该是be descended from，而且had时态错误，排除。
D.Descended from错，遗传的意思，应该是be descended from，而且had时态错误，排除。
E.is descended from正确，而且and后有that。
所以重点在于两个句子是否都有that引导，以及descend的被动用法。
