OA 是A，但是我怎么也想不出来those 在A里面代指什么？ greenhouse effects 吗？另外我选择了B，有人可以讲解一下B错在哪里吗？非常非常感谢！

B的those裸奔了啊
A的those没有指代，定语的先行词，曼哈顿里有讲，those在有限定的情况下，可以裸奔。

另外，B提出来主谓宾是，effects are the most effects，emm，不能算是说废话吧，也几乎差不多？

尝试一下，but表示转折，前半句说greenhouse effects focus on blablabla..., but those effects are what are the most obvious effects. B选项中，后半句更像是递进和强调，而非转折关系。

原句的合理语义是：最明显的影响和对人们影响最大的是：......
A选项处理成双宾语保留that的结构，省去后半部分相同的内容。
B错。the effects that are the most obvious ones不如简单点the most obvious effects.
extremes of temperature,...storminess作obvious effects的同位语，改变原句的合理重心。
C错。extremes of temperature...storminess作people的同位语，改变原句的合理重心。
effects to have...此处的to为目的状语改变原句的合理逻辑意思。
D错。extremes of temperature,...storminess作obvious effects的同位语，改变原句的合理重心。
E错。改变原句的合理重心。
