ron的解答是，a watchdog group uncovered a trick that enables...so that this person will...之所以成立，是因为uncover后面描述的一种GENERAL TRUTHS（普遍真理）。但是我不理解，为什么这个trick是个普遍真理？我理解只是一个为了粉碎那些有illusion的人的一个实验（毕竟是trick啊）罢了。

①Ron指的是“E-mail exchanges are privite”中的are表示的是 general statement ；
②recently uncovered中的uncover点明了group发出动作的时态（也就是相对于现在来说已经是过去的事，这是描述一个动作） 后面enabling... will be privy就是在陈述一个事实呀，如果。。。，privy就会... 和①一样
就相当于一个suppose/hypo/..，如果A怎么样，B会怎么样，也就是陈述了~~所以不能用过去时
