[size=14.007px](D) and this vantage point, which combined with her talent for writing to make

[size=14.007px](E) and this vantage point, combined with her talent for writing, made
[size=14.007px]

[size=14.007px]这道题OA是E，我自己做的时候选了B；我不知道B错在哪里，网上翻老贴前辈指出“when可以引导状语从句和定语从句，在引导定语从句的时候需要有一个表示时间的先行词；在引导状语从句的时候需要有动作作为合理的修饰对象。如果将when放在that后面那这句话就是正确的；”

我的问题是为什么把when放在that后面就正确了呢？请各位NN帮忙进一步分析一下为什么B错了啊~~

“actually, in choice b, 'when' doesn't refer to anything - there's no time period to which it could logically refer - and that's the main issue with choice b. (if you interpret it literally, as you must, then it implies that (1) sometimes the vantage point was combined with the writing and sometimes it wasn't, and (2) it only made her valuable when it was combined with the writing talent. that doesn't make sense.)”

嗯呢~遇到不会的题，直接百度，看manhattanprep的网页，一般都会有ron神的解释~不过og题的解释比较少~
