- Her focus is on employer outreach, workshop facilitation and student career advising, particularly in the areas of Accounting and Finance.
- Prior to joining AGSM, Heidi was the Senior College Recruiter at the mortgage finance giant Freddie Mac in McLean, VA from 2006 to 2013. In that role, Heidi was responsible for the recruiting, onboarding and professional integration of all entry-level college hires and summer interns at the company. In addition, she oversaw all elements of New Employee Orientation for every new hire into Freddie Mac.
- Heidi is also an established trainer and facilitator. She has facilitated courses and training sessions on various subjects, including behavioral interviewing, financial literacy, resume development, professional etiquette and corporate values.
- Heidi previously held the position of Assistant Director of Admissions at both Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and American University in Washington, DC.
- Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Colgate University and a Master of Education in Higher Education from Penn State.
