HR Intern - Payroll
1) Provide client service excellence to employees and answer employees’ basic inquire on the phone.
2) Record regular call & case in system and support to issue C&B and payroll related certificates as requested.
3) Support C&B team to collect application forms from employees and help to prepare communication letters.
4) Conduct payroll related EPF management.
5) Go to tax bureau monthly to print tax certificate for requested employees.
6) Arrange monthly hot-line working schedule for the whole team.

1/ Conduct data validation based on the raw data extracted from SAP or Workday
2/ Provide regular or designed report upon requests.
