看了所有的讨论也算是把so that, so as to搞懂了，但是好像没人说过选项c为什么错。有个连接有简单的提到，但也没人回答，这里再问问。

C lacks an appropriate conjunction, and the infinitive clause to be
married to ... makes this choice awkward and unidiomatic.

不定式为什么awkward?
