Candidates with Law + Finance experience tend to do very well in B-school since you have a rare (and very useful) range of skills. That plus your amazing test scores should make you a very strong candidate. I think you can try to apply to M7 schools, but S16 would be safe (include M7 schools though) because of your no-name undergrad + your relatively low amount of work experience.
But I think that if you can tell fantastic stories and write a passionate and logical application, you should be able to do quite well.
