I totally agree that maintaining relationship with family members is more significant than with friends. Firstly, few friendship can last forever because everybody change with the ups and downs in life. But family will stay with you all the time. Secondly, if you were devoted to the family,you can relax yourself after work at home with a more comfortable atmosphere. Most of us spend time with our family everyday but only go out with friends occationally. Lastly,we can keep in touch with our family members more easily as our social circles are connected closely.
2.Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Employees shouldn’t send personal text or emails during work hours. Explain why.
Well, i definitely disagree with the idea. First and foremost, a humanized company need to care about its employees.For building a good friendly work envirnment,if there were emergent or important situations, the company should allow the employees to reply message.Secondly, Answering the text and emails doesn't require much time, and it can be served as a kind of relax of the employees,which can improve the employees' working efficiency. Lastly, through the personal text and emails, sometimes the employees can get some inspiration or useful and timely news for the works that they are immersed in.
3.You are going to have an interview, but the location is far from your place. Which do you prefer, travel the long distance to have the interview face-to-face or have the interview on the phone?
