Therefore, either Renston's schoolchildren have been exposed to greater quantities of the chemicals, or they are more sensitive to them than schoolchildren were ten years ago.

为什么E选项错误了?如果是make up a larger proportion 那么就说明上小学的人多了,所以容易过敏的人多了,多以数量才增加。可以削弱有更多的化学物质和小学生更容易过敏这个结论,为啥不选E嘞?

conclusion: more allergic
assumption must prove that the proportion is true,so the number of children who get allergy must be true
and c can prove it
