个人感觉，写工作/个人经历中的某些技能或者问题的看法变化会与MBA申请更为契合一些。

Climate change并不是不行，只是在MBA申请里，本身essay篇数有限，篇幅也有限，尽量还是贴近AO想让你去表述/展现的方面

This is such a great question. Both the essay prompt and YOUR question about the essay prompt. And, no, I don't think Climate Change is too big of a topic.... so long as you answer it right. After all, they DID ask you about the "most important issue," and this one seems pretty important!

Of course, approaching a huuuuge topic like that - especially in such little space - the right way is not easy. So how do you do it?

You have to remember what is the question BEHIND the question. What does the school want to know by asking you this specific question? They don't necessarily care about the issue you bring up; what they want to know is what that process of change was like. How did you change? Why did you change? What prompted the change?

When you answer this question, it should show the adcom how you solve problems. Or how you work on a team. Or your ability to be flexible with your perspectives and ideas when working with others. THAT is what the adcom is looking for, so just make sure you're keeping that in mind as you're answering the question. Don't just tell a story about how you used to think one thing about climate change and now you think another; we need to know more about the process of getting from that one side to the other!
