标题: 怎么能prepare推荐人，让他写出更好的推荐信？
如题，最近在准备和我以前的manager聊申请的问题，希望CD的前辈说说自己的经验，怎么更有效地让推荐者很明白自己需要写什么，怎么能够让我在不能看推荐信的前提下更有效地让推荐信的故事和内容达到我想达到的目的？

这就需要从现在起就开始培养关系。。。

约约推荐人，经常/定期一起见面，喝喝咖啡，聊聊工作，让他们知道你取得的一些成绩和计划；

聊聊生活近况，让他们了解你的“品牌”（价值观，技能，经历，爱好。。）

进而，让他们深入地了解你。只有来往频繁的推荐人，才会对你的管理潜能和独特的人格提供丰富的信息

最后需要请他们帮忙写推荐信时，再聊聊推荐信的侧重点和具体内容，以及你想要的一个呈现方式。

理想的情况是，让能证明你的商业经验，管理能力和领导力的主管来写。

推荐信一定要讲述你是如何做事的，穿插些具体的例子，为你的故事增加丰富的素材，而不仅仅说取得的成就，避免苍白。

Hey there,
Well the first thing is to decide which stories are the best and should be put in. You can always guide your recommender and make suggestions. And of course leadership stories are the most important ones for your MBA application. Other than that it may be a good idea to remind your supervisor of all your achievements and of the results to back them up so that they can write that in.
