这里的As the etched lines on computer memory chips have become thinner and the chips’ circuits more complex 怎么也看不懂，etched lines 是引导了一个句子，the chips‘circuits怎么就没有谓语呢？

这样不就不平行了吗？

请问这样不会违反平行原则吗？什么时候才会省略动词又不违反平行原则么呢？
