商业银行工作3年半，司考，cfa lv2。下半年考1-2门CPA。

Post-MBA想回国在券商IBD历练一段时间。

担心自己的背景不足以达成目标，但是以普通上海211，2.5GPA和710Gmat,late R3 只能申请到上面这几所学校了。

有经验的前辈、同学能否帮我给点意见如何选择。

Hey there!
Well the first thing to do is to look at which companies recruit from which schools and to talk to people in your target companies/industry. A good place to start is the “employment reports” that almost all MBA programs generate (it’s a marketing tool), and then to get down into the nitty gritty by talking to actual graduates from your target industry (LinkedIn will be your friend here).
