这道题正确选项是A，答案说划横线的部分that指代reactions，是reactions create unconscious physiological responses。
我的问题是，that 可以用于指代复数名词吗，因为在我的印象中that只能指代单数名词。如果可以，能不能说明什么时候that可以指代复数名词，最好能够用例子说明。

代词错傻了，原来这是定语从句呀，懂了懂了！！

我有个疑问，怎么判断that在这里指代的是emotional reactions, 还是individual? 看千行上面解释说b错误因为that指代了人；但是a选项难道不也是一样的位置吗？

Ron说过that，which可以跳跃修饰。
It can jump over a prep. phrase that actually modifies the intended Noun. 这个题里面create的逻辑主语是reactions，只有A选项that定语从句是正确修饰了reactions而不是individual。

解释得非常好，我补充一点：

跳跃修饰可以跳过介词短语，但这个介词短语需要修饰【跳跃修饰中修饰语所修饰的对象】
