(A) that still has a sizable wolf population, and where

(B) that still has a sizable wolf population, where

(D) where the population of wolves is still sizable;

(E) where there is still a sizable population of wolves and where

在以前的帖子里也看到了这个问题，但是还是不是很明白选项A和C中的“where..., and where..."。第一个where是定语从句修饰Minnesota, 第二个where前面加了and和逗号就是状语从句了呢？怎么在语法书上没有看到过。如果是状从，句子应该变成什么意思了呢？谢谢！！！

I am afraid that I can not find "where ... and where ..." in either A or C. It can be found in E though and it modifies the contiguous forty-eight states, one of which is Minnesota.

Oops...I did mistype. It should be "that...,and where" in the A and C.
