楼主，这里的split point 应该不是 ought to - should 而是

E选项中 these products 无所指

确实可以从别的点找到错误，但是答案说ought to在这的使用是有问题的，应该用should，但是问题出在哪我不清楚，答案也没说。。。。。。。。

RON:
"ought to" is rather informal; you're unlikely to see it in a well-written formal sentence.
