如果看懂题了，问啥答啥就行了：一个国家有竞争力从哪儿看出来？
（提干大意是说 a country's competitiveness = living standard level + trade health； trade deficit是不healthy的）
competitive正评价，找答案是 living standard up和trade health up的，A符合
C说 trade deficits up 是不 healthy的，排除
D说 living standard down，排除
