A和E的解释，A选项里also的理解（这到底是个什么情况。。）E错在哪里？

这道题目从我开始做OG开始直到现在做到第四遍了从来没做对过。。。

选项A的结构就是 the act that did X...also did B 很对啊

选项E ： the big problem with choice e is that it strips 'the act of congress' of a necessary modifier - so that, instead of saying 'the act of congress that did blah blah blah', it just says 'the act of congress' - as if congress has only ever performed one act in its history. that's an unacceptable (and absurd) change in meaning.

这里的考点就是comma for 表示原因

这题出的不像GMAC的风格，楼主题目source 是什么？不是OG或者是PREP 的话奉劝楼主不要做，路子不对还浪费时间。

硬要选的话 B肯定不对，时态不对。E相对正确

GWD的应该是。。？
很偏的话我就不深究了
