此处A选项的last，我感觉如果补全该句省略的话，不是变成Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than (Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher )last (year).感觉last year和expected搭配各种不对，所以没选了。求大神赐教这句话正确的还原，我感觉按我的还原方式肯定是错的。起码应该还原成：heating-oil prices rose last year.但是我就是不知道还原的正确规则是怎样。

炼油厂付了比去年更多的原油费。个人认为这里应该还原为 than they were paying for crude oil 还原后可以排除A，因为未划线的last year本来就是过去式的标志，不能用过去进行时

B Heating-oil prices are expected to rise higher this year over last because refiners pay about $5 a barrel for crude oilmore than they did（they paid for crude oil ）结构完美……

还有 It is expected that 这种属于冗余结构

不是的，正确答案就是选A
