坦白说，这题我还真一下子无法秒选，不如楼主看到Revenues就可以选E啊。因为读完题干，我推断的削弱条件是其他的，不像E直接否定了“不应该在杂志上刊登推介稀有野花”，从根上否定了。因为我设想的削弱的情况是：减少刊登文章并不能有效阻止对野花的滥采，杂志的这个政策有效性存疑。但是我比较ABCDE都没有我设想的情况。只有E来了个翻天覆地的否定，比我设想的还要狠。

也就是说原文措施是不敢登广告 阻止小花数量减少
E直接反过来说 刊登广告的好处从而使小花更多

我觉得看阅读理解，读题时抽出来提干大意，你读的时候就可以想句间关系，并加上符合逻辑的逻辑词：比如这样读 Editor:Articles in Gardening Magazine ... (So), Accordingly, we will no longer .... (Why? Because) Most such plants ... (And therefore) Our new policy ...
这种做法看上去很费时间，其实是事半功倍。
Premise:
1, 人们看见我们杂志登什么就买什么
2, 我们不登有关rare wild flower的文章（脑补推理：所以其实我们不想让ppl买rare wild flower）
3, （因为）rare wild flower只能在野外采，不能温室培养。（推理：野外的都采了，就要绝种了吧）
Conclusion:
新policy（也就是premise 2：我们不登有关rare wild flower的文章）能 减半 今年对native plant的采摘。
正确答案E的意思挺明确的，卖花挣的钱可以加快技术研究以至于把rare wild flower在大棚里也可以培养。
我觉得你 秒排E的原因 还可能是读到E选项时候 run out of patience了，再加上时间压迫，你迫切的想走捷径，完成试题。这时候考官其实就在考你 有多少把握 认为ABCD都是错的，而且有耐心认真读完E。
