    B. 全都是现在时，很工整的。drugs are becoming ...doctors are writing


    C. occurring not just because of drugs but because of doctors


    把定语从句剔除后再看，是不是逻辑意义不对呀？

    I think "because of" can't be follow by the subject + ing form. In addition, "having written" sounds awarkward.

    Does "not just...but also" equal to "not only... but also"?
