标题: 求助个问题，能收到interview invitation 代表什么
收到了University of Washington Foster的面试邀请。在邮件中写到 congratulations to review this interview.
这代表着什么？是说明通过了第一轮筛选吗？
因为我本科的GPA不是很高，一直担心因为GPA的问题影响入学。

求大家判断下, 是不是我已经过了GPA筛选那一关了？还是GPA在之后的申请中还至关重要？

GPA并不是衡量是否给面试机会的唯一标准，AO肯定会全面考量，即所谓的overall package。

给面试机会，说明你其他方面有吸引TA的地方。

楼主不用考虑太多，不用聚焦在GPA上，还是好好准备面试吧。

面试后，AO也会综合考虑看是否给offer。

同意，这个阶段只要全部focus在面试上就好了。

Yes, it means you have passed the first stage into the interview round!
So what that means also is that it is time to stop worrying about your GPA and time to start preparing for your interviews!
