我查牛津词典说是可以的。具体描述如下：

但某公众号说不可以。说time只能用when或者介词+which修饰。求问大神意见？OG上反正是没有明确指出不可以。

GMAT有自己一套的语法规则，最好不要借助其他的source来判断，因为没有绝对的rules.
如果真的想知道，唯一确定的办法就是拿出所有og的正确句子，然后搜索“time that"看有没有正确句子包含这个结构. 我没有that指代time的印象，所以我倾向是不行的。

但我觉得没必要纠结这个，因为B有好几个致命的绝对性错误，比如aviation不是对于“planes”而言so new, 再一个就是固定搭配"so that"的缺失, to be...etc.

来，单纯从语法说B。that弄了个什么从句？同位语从句。同位语从句是用来解释前面抽象名词的内容的，注意，是解释！！B选项，貌似没有什么解释作用对不对？

我提出一下我得看法吧如果that修饰time的话应该是一个定语从句的指代吧之前RON的课上说过一个例句就是：

the time that we meet 就是一个指代的名词
the time when/at which we met 更多的是一种表达的关系

对于你这个例子应该是 that后面从句的内容是对于at a time的一个定语从句的修饰吧所以B有点错误的感觉这个句子主要是表达了一个那个时候的一种表达的关系而不是定语从句的修饰。。。

我记得Ron举这个例子的时候，明确说了the time that we meet是错误的，因为这句话逻辑上不成立，人不能meet time，所以必须使用the time at which we meet.
