请问各位大神，almost 和 most 在此句中的区别，OG答案中说almost express a quantity just short of everything 但是还是没太明白这两者的分别； 另外，as good as 和 as well as 有什么区别？可以有as good as这种表达方式么？

most = not all 和 原句的意思是相左的。
