新人发帖赞人品有些紧张嘿嘿
听了各位大神的话在上午面试可是真的是网卡到不能动而且各种说我有问题一开始还很紧张结果烦到爆炸第一题一半就弃了转手机

practice可以无限刷退出来再进去可以还不同的题用4g感觉会比网线快一些 4g亲妈

第一次没传上去然后面的五道题就全没了又登进去重新说第二次换了一些题但是说了这么多题感觉更有经验说的也更好了无限刷题一定能来状态
废话说完上题

第一次
1. Tell me about a time you were assigned a role on ateam that you were not used to playing. What was the outcome?
2. What is the most important characteristic or quality of a great leader?
3. Tell me about the innovative individual you admire morst. What have you learned from this person?
4. Tell me about a time when you were unable to solve a problem in the workplace or classroom. What made this problem so difficult?
5. Describe how HR is able to enhance a company's success.

第二次
1. Tell me about the last time you had to lead a team. What approach to leadership did you take?
2. Tell me about the innovative individual you admire morst. What have you learned from this person?
3. Tell me about the most difficult problem you have ever been challenged with. What made the problem so difficult and what was the outcome?
4. Describe how you establish and maintain professional relationships.
5.Tell me about a time you were assigned a role on ateam that you were not used to playing. What was the outcome?

准备太晚了现在刚一面有些着急了宝宝们都加油申请顺利（比心

太感谢了……请问这个就是申请系统里说的 online (KIRA) Video Essay 吗？
只录声音还是会录脸进去……
可以无限刷，退出再进，是等于可以多尝试，对自己表现满意了再提交吗？
录音/录屏是自动保存的吗？
这个录音面试是提交完申请以后就自动开始的吗，还是提交完申请会给一个链接让自己在时间方便的时候点开进去录？

问题有点多，因为实在是找不到人问，麻烦楼主了~
