可以知道选C，但是对E选项有一些疑惑

，解释说moving under....忽略了could，这个可以理解。但说almost instantly造成了修饰歧义，这个不大懂，求NN解释

楼主衷心建议研究RON的解释，我和你一样也走过弯路看过那些所谓的语法分析，最后呵呵了。看了RON之后，我才明白SC的精髓在哪里，谷歌一下，国内没有谷歌必应也是很好的，楼主加油

"Unlike the steam locomotive,"lz看到以后这种类似的结构就可以找主句的主语了.
这里考的就是比较,只能是locomotive和locomotive比较,就只剩下C和E了....
然后C和E明显就是C好啊,E感觉特别别扭,而且那个almost instantly放在句首都把意思改变了.....

almost instantly修饰的是后面的动作，修饰语要紧挨修饰部分
