是last round劣势大，不是R3，有的学校还有R4, R5.

Hello there,
Yes it is. And especially if you are an international applicant. And double especially if you are Chinese. Why?
1. Almost all the places are already filled
2. It can make it impossible for you to get a Via in time, and many schools recommend that international applicants NOT apply in R3
3. You come from a tough applicant pool, and by then they will likely have a lot of Chinese accepted to the program.

应该是的。之前某负责面试的校友说他们R3的时候90%以上都招满了，我想其他学校也差不多吧。
