这题看了已讨论过的帖子，又反复研读了N遍，还是无法理解选项中的用法，我的理解是作者想表达墨西哥人占了美国人口份额的四分之一，可是如果B是正确选项，那么怎么解释？that修饰share?怎么又和any country联系上了哩？

that引导的是定语从句,并在该定语从句中做country的宾语.

Using "having", you may refer to "US". It is just awkward to put a -ing in the middle ..

用having,逻辑主语对应的不应该是Mexico嘛？感觉E虽然很啰嗦，但是也能说通。。。
