标题: 【面经】Carlson School of Management SCM 面试
为了攒人品，分享一下刚刚面试Carlson的题

面试我的是Melodie Bard，很年轻的金发美女。全程都很轻松，然而我很紧张。
没有问我针对个人的问题，都是和MBA面经差不多的

1. go through resume or self introduction
2. Why SCM
3. Why Carlson (这个几乎一定会问）
4. Why now
5. biggest challenge in work
6. career goal (immediate + long term)
7. other business school?
8. what is the position of Carlson in the app list
9. What do you want to get out of this one-year program

本来说从11点开始面试半个小时，20分钟问我，10分钟我问，结束的时候已经快12点了

今天加班，比较懵逼，准备的东西回答问题的时候基本没有看，但是我发扬了keep talking的精神，没有冷场
总的来说，表现不咋好。所以发个帖分享一下，造福大家。

谢谢你吼！我工作经验不长，和平均8年profile相比也没啥竞争力。最后你去哪里了？

楼主请问我两年工作经验可以申申看这个项目么？印象中官网好像看到过最低3年工作经验的要求。。

恩恩，不客气，有肯定是比没有好的。我最后去了OSU的MBLE项目。

只要你入学的时候能够有3年应该是可以的

可惜我本科是文科，满足不了OSU的prerequisite

我个人觉得，要夸他们的项目好，但是同时要结合自身的情况，有理有据
