不是prohibit后要加from doing 吗？

prohibit sb. from doing sth.是对的，但是本题中没有一个符合这个。B和D中都是在from后面跟名词。而且them也有问题

A prohibiting不能引导从句

B them 无所指

C prohibit +STH 或 from doing 常见用法。any company特别好。

D them 无所指

E a company 不好。有歧义。
