作文：公交车太便宜，公司赚不到钱，运营情况很差， 于是他们减少甚至关闭了一些非常用路线。但这样是不好的，因为长此以往，公交系统就会shut down altogether, therefore people have no affordable transportation. So for the best interest of the public, bus fares should be raised in order to provide sufficient financing of keeping current route.
一上来有点难想，边写框架边想了两个点：
1. 错误的假设如果bus fare涨了，people仍然坚持使用bus 而不改用subway，bicycle，on foot。如果人们不坐bus，这个sufficient financing也无从得来了。
2. 那些less popular的路线，可能是因为设计不合理，绕路等等，本来就应该shut down or reduce。
（感觉想出来的point很像逻辑题选项。。）
