想请问一下，C中that falls是正确的吗？应该怎么解读，定语从句修饰哪一个呢？如果是并列的三个应该要用fall啊，如果是单数修饰amount也不对呀？

为什么不对？个人觉得falls所在的定语从句是用来修饰限制the amount of snow, sleet, and hail，用单数

可是 that falls in a given climatic region ，难道不是只有snow, sleet and hail才能下到某一个地区吗？amount不能下到某个地区呀，难道是我句子理解错了？
